Jan. 11th - Plyometrics, Serve Receive, Playing in System, Lateral & longitudinal plyometrics
- Warm up
- Longitudinal plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Lateral plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Defensive movements (footwork)
- Serve receive (communicating seams)
- Passing short balls (repetition)
- Passing deep balls (repetition)
- Passing hard driven balls (repetition)
- Week 1 scrimmage and live feedback
Jan. 18th - Coach JM - Plyometrics, Defensive Positioning, ball tracking, & Blocking
- Warm up
- Teams to be assigned
- Longitudinal plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Lateral plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Defensive movements (footwork)
- Blocking position (communicating blocks & defender covers)
- Ball tracking & defensive movement as a team
- Week 2 scrimmage and live feedback
Jan. 25th - Ball tracking, transition defense to short court & back row offense
- Warm ups
- Longitudinal plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Lateral plyometrics (ladder & bands)
- Ball tracking, defensive movement as a team
- Transition defense to a short court offense
- Transition defense to a back row offense
- Week 3 scrimmage and live feedback
Feb. 1st - Coach Tori - Offense in system, Approaching foot work, attacking from the pins, middle offense

- Teams reassigned
- Vertical plyometrics (bands)
- Approaching footwork, a planted two steps
- Right side pin attacks (line & cross)
- Outside side pin attacks (line & cross)
- Middle (left cross, line, & right cross)

Feb. 8th - attacking with pace, attacking down, offensive ball tracking

Coach JM played four years of beach at UNC Wilmington 2017 - 2021. Coach JM has coached indoor & beach collectively for three years - specializing in the junior and beginners levels.

Coach Davon has spent eight years working with collegiate and semi-professional athletes to develop athleticism. Coach Davon specializes plyometrics, footwork, and in game decision making.

Coach Tori played 4 years of Division 1 Volleyball at the University of Rhode Island and one grad year at Radford University primarily as outside or middle. Two years of coaching at South County Volleyball Club, 1 year at Club Savannah & 1 year at Kingstown.
