Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): [3–7 business days]

    • International: [7–21 business days]

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [$100] (before tax and after discounts).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on our website or via the shipping carrier’s site.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship domestic and internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Liv Active is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


7. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us at davonvalverde@livactive.design, and we’ll do our best to assist.


8. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll work with the carrier and make things right.
